North Bungalow forms the north wing of the larger Dunnottar house and has approximately 1,905 sq. ft. of living space. The layout is self-contained, with a separate entrance and private interiors for your group. It works well for guests who want the comfort of a private bungalow while still being part of the wider Dunnottar estate on Kodaikanal Lake.

Sleeps up to 7 guests across two ensuite bedrooms: The Dunnottar Suite and the Master Bedroom. The bungalow also includes a living room with fireplace, Sun Room, family dining room, study, Wi-Fi, room heaters, and updated bathrooms.

Guests have access to the one-acre Dunnottar estate, including lawns, garden paths, patios, hammocks, bicycles, bonfire spaces, and the wood-fired pizza oven. The North Bungalow opens onto the main Bungalow lawn. Its lakefront position gives guests easy access to walks around Kodaikanal Lake, nearby cafés, Bryant Park, and the boating area.
If South Bungalow is also occupied, the outdoor grounds are shared.

Breakfast is included. Lunch, dinner, snacks, tiffin, grill, and wood-fired pizzas are available on request and charged separately.
The Bungalow Manager and team are on site to help with meals, bonfires, transfers, taxis, and practical questions.
