The Whole Bungalow gives your group private use of the full Dunnottar house and one-acre estate. The house has 3,605 sq. ft. of living space spread across two private wings, North and South, each with its own bedrooms, living and dining spaces, studies, and separate entrance.

Sleeps up to 15 guests across five ensuite bedrooms: The Dunnottar Suite and the Master Bedroom in the North wing, and The Rose Library, The Boiler Room, and The Old Study in the South wing. The house also includes three living rooms, two dining rooms, two studies, the Sun Room, Wi-Fi, room heaters, and updated bathrooms.

The full one-acre estate is private to your group — lawns, garden paths, patios, garden terraces, hammocks, bicycles, bonfire spaces, and the wood-fired pizza oven, with no other guests on the property. Its lakefront position gives you easy access to walks around Kodaikanal Lake, nearby cafés, Bryant Park, and the boating area.
