The Whole Bungalow gives your group private use of the full Dunnottar house and one-acre estate. The house has 3,605 sq. ft. of living space spread across two private wings, North and South, each with its own bedrooms, living and dining spaces, studies, and separate entrance.

Breakfast is included for every guest. Lunch, dinner, tiffin, grill, and wood-fired pizzas are available on request and charged separately. Tea, coffee, and pantry access are available through the day, and meals can be served indoors, outside in the garden, or to your room, depending on the day’s arrangements.
Daily Housekeeping And Laundry
The house is looked after through the day, with daily housekeeping, laundry service, fresh towels, luggage help, and house staff on site.
Bungalow Manager And Concierge
The Bungalow Manager and team are on site to help with arrival walkthroughs, taxis, transfers, bonfire setup, pizza oven setup, local arrangements, concierge help, and practical questions during the stay.

Its lakefront position gives guests easy access to walks around Kodaikanal Lake, nearby cafés, Bryant Park, and the boating area, before returning to the quiet of the grounds.

The layout gives larger groups room to stay together while still allowing natural separation between families, generations, or friends.
